Prospect Bill Rates Screen

Prospect specific bill rates will override the client bill rate and landman specific bill rates will override the prospect bill rate.

When using the copy bill rates feature, any rates that do not exist for the current prospect will be copied from the selected prospect and any existing rates with the same effective date will be updated to match the selected prospect. No rates will be deleted from the current prospect.
