Deleting Paychecks

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Click on the Accounting from the menu bar.

 

 

2.  Click on the Payroll (1099) button.

 

 

3.  Click on the trashcan to the right of the paycheck you would like to delete.

Use the filters at the top to find the paycheck(s) you would like to delete. Click the trashcan icon to the right of the paycheck you would like to delete.

 

 

4.  Click Ok on the message box.

A message box will ask you to confirm that you're sure you want to delete this paycheck. If you do want to delete the paycheck, click the Ok button; if you do not want to delete the paycheck, click the Cancel button.
