Tract Description Screen

Enter the general information for the tract such as the number, state, and county. Choose the type of legal description that describes the tract and the appropriate fields will be displayed. Clicking the Save & Goto Ownership button will take you to a page that will allow you to enter the owners of the tract.

About Tract Segments

Most tracts will only have one segment, but when a tract of land crosses into more than one county, survey, etc., you can use multiple segments to break up the legal description so you can specify each county, survey, etc. that the tract is in.
