Why can't I upload PDF receipts?
Receipts that are uploaded are automatically sorted, indexed, and added to the PDF that is generated when printing expense reports, so, they need to be in an image format so the system can processed them correctly. The supported image formats are: .tif, .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .png format.
If using a scanner to digitize your receipts, your scanner settings may be set to generate a PDF when scanning; however, you can easily configure it to generate an image file instead. For instructions on how to change those settings, please check your scanner's user guide. Alternatively, you can use a camera to photograph your receipt.
